Congratulations on choosing to register for the Pennies Per Page™ account!

Pennies Per Page™ helps students all over the United States to fund their Leadership Education.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Register your own Pennies Per Page™ account by filling out the form at the bottom of this page

2. After registering, select your Read-a-Thon dates and use the Read-a-Thon Packet to obtain and record pledges from family, friends, businesses and whomever would like to sponsor you with a penny (or more) for every page read during the read-a-thon. Pledges may be requested before and during each read-a-thon, even on the last day.

3. Use the Read-a-Thon Packet to track the books and pages read. All pages must be read during the time of the read-a-thon. After the Read-a-Thon, report total pages read to sponsors and collect pledges.

4. Pledges are sent to Pennies Per Page™ and held in your account until requested. When you wish to use these funds for any Leadership Education related activity, an online payment request is made and the funds are dispersed according to your instructions.

By registering below you agree to abide by the Pennies Per Page™ Policies. Please read them before registering. For participants between ages 5-16, a guardian must read and agree with read-a-thon policies.

Note for all NEW Accounts: As of May 8, 2010, 3% of all new account pledges are retained for administrative costs. You may hold as many Read-a-Thons as you like. 97% of pledges collected are used for the participants' leadership education.

Those who registered prior to May 8, 2010 with the $15 enrollment fee will not have funds retained from pledges but will have access to 100% of their pledge funds.

This policy allows for more participants, unlimited read-a-thons without a registration fee, and administrative funding in keeping with the actual cost of managing each individual account.
