How to Use the Funds in Your Pennies Per Page Account

When you have an educational event or activity that includes mentors, classics, or leadership development, such as camps, classes, forums, conferences, competitions, simulations, memberships, tuition, books, supplies, dance, music or art lessons, etc. , your parents will use this form to make a payment request and the payment will be sent.

In addition to providing direct payments for activities, as described above, if you have already paid for an activity, or for books, you may be reimbursed by completing this form, including a description of the requested reimbursement, and then scanning and emailing your receipt or proof of purchase/expense to admin@penniesperpage.org
